Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior, the renter shall compensate PLUS ONE RENTALS for any loss it may sustain as a result of the renter canceling all or part of an order.

Rental Period

The minimum rental length is 1 day.
Returns must me made by 11AM the next day to avoid an extra day charge.

Rates

Plus One Rentals offers daily rates, 3 day weekly rates, and monthly rentals.

Damaged Equipment

All equipment is rented in good condition and is to be returned in the same condition. Necessary repair work shall be paid for by the lessee and rental costs will continue until unit is returned in satisfactory condition. If unit is damaged beyond repair lessee shall be charged the full list price.

Business Hours

Plus One Rentals is open 24/7.
Normal business hours are: 9AM-5PM.
After regular business hours rates for deliveries and other services are charged at an overtime rate.
